Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a senior program planning and cost analytics leader to drive robust program plans and reliable cost forecasts for government and commercial programs. You will work with Program Managers, IPTs, and the PMO to ensure accurate EACs and data-driven decision making across missions.

The role emphasizes EVMS discipline, cost/schedule integration, and process improvements, with a focus on delivering high-quality performance data and timely program insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management or analytical field.
• 8+ years of program planning and program finance/business analytics experience.
• Knowledge of EVMS and non-earned value environments.
• Experience leading cost/schedule integration for large data sets and major replans.
• Experience with baseline establishment, budgeting, reforecasting and EACs.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and build trust within teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust program plans integrated with schedules in Primavera P6.
• Lead cost estimates and manage EACs, driving accurate forecast updates.
• Perform root-cause variance analysis and report KPIs to program leadership.
• Mentor and mature the PMO cost management processes across programs.
• Drive organizational adoption of cost management artifacts across teams.
