Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Program Controls professional to lead planning and cost management for complex government and commercial programs. You will drive development of integrated cost/schedule plans, coordinate inputs from IPTs, and manage EACs to support timely, data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes rigorous cost analysis, EVM familiarity, and process improvements within the PMO. A passion for space and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management or other analytical field.
• 8+ years of program planning and program finance/business analytics experience for government or commercial contracts or internally funded R&D.
• Working knowledge of EVMS and non-earned value environments.
• Experience leading baseline establishment with cost/schedule integration for large data sets and replans.
• Control account management including budget baselining, reforecasting and EACs.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of robust program plans integrated with schedules.
• Solicit inputs across the organization to form input dependencies and WBS structures.
• Drive execution through status updates and EAC updates.
• Perform root-cause variance analysis and generate actionable metrics.
• Support cost estimates and forecasting to inform program leadership.
• Mentor others in PMO cost management and forecasting artifacts.
