Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a senior Program Planner/Cost Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of robust program plans integrated with schedules in Primavera P6 for the In-Space Systems and Blue National Security programs. You will drive cost and schedule integration, perform EAC updates, and deliver actionable metrics to program leadership through clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program planning and program finance/business analytics experience for government or commercial contracts, or internally funded R&D programs.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and non-EV environments.
• Leading teams through baseline establishment with cost/schedule integration for large data sets and major replans.
• Proficiency in cost analysis, EAC updates, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and earn trust in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of accurate program plans integrated with schedules (Primavera P6).
• Drive program cost estimates, EACs, and cost/schedule integration across multiple programs.
• Generate actionable metrics and KPIs to inform program leadership and future plan updates.
• Mentor other program cost analysts and advance PMO cost management practices.
