Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in the Weapons Systems segment. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver schedules and report on progress.

The role requires expertise in Earned Value Management, schedule analysis, and communicating complex data to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in engineering development or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to plan, baselined and track schedules for DoD/Commercial programs.
• Familiar with Primavera P6, MS Project or Deltek OpenPlan.
• Advanced scheduling methodologies and analysis techniques.
• Experience with implementing and reporting schedule performance/Earned Value.
• Ability to present schedule metrics to senior leadership.
• Experience with Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and IMS transitions.
• Excellent oral and written communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS compliant to DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS standards.
• Coordinate with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to capture monthly accomplishments.
• Establish logic, critical path, and schedule baselines.
• Develop schedule performance metrics and risk assessments.
• Provide schedule forecasts, risks and variance analysis to leadership.
• Ensure integration of cost and schedule EVM data.
• Support EVM process reviews and schedule risk analyses.
