Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks a Senior Scheduler to manage large, complex heavy civil programs including highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects. You’ll review schedules, validate recovery plans, and quantify delay impacts with forensic depth.

Responsibilities include integrating master schedules, testing baselines, and performing risk and what-if analyses to defend project timelines. Join a team focused on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on large (> $500M) heavy-civil projects.
• Experience with full CPM baseline schedule development, resource loading, progress updating, and variance analysis.
• Experience evaluating time extension requests or Time Impact Analyses.
• Proven ability to interpret project scope and translate into logic-driven, sequenced schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, Acumen Fuse, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baseline submittals and monthly updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, and resource or cost loading.
• Verify progress against field records and challenge data before payments or milestones.
• Run critical path analyses and what-if scenarios to test sequencing and recovery proposals.
• Evaluate time extension requests and issue determinations on entitlement and float ownership.
• Perform forensic schedule analysis on disputed delays with as-planned vs as-built methods.
• Conduct schedule-risk assessments and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify exposure.
• Integrate third-party interfaces and long-lead procurement to keep critical path visible.
• Generate narrative reports, look-aheads, S-curves, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
