Job summary

Luster National, Inc. in San Francisco, CA seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to manage complex heavy civil programs including highways, bridges, transit, and airports. You will build and maintain the integrated master schedule, validate baselines, and perform critical path and what-if analyses to support recovery strategies.

Responsibilities include reviewing progress, producing KPI dashboards, and mentoring junior schedulers. Extensive CPM, P6, and risk tool proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on large (> $500M) heavy civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development, resource/cost loading, progress updates, and variance analysis.
• Experience evaluating time extensions and Time Impact Analyses, documenting entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baselines and monthly updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, and loading.
• Verify progress against field records and challenge unsupported gains.
• Run critical path, longest path, and what-if analyses; defend the plan.
• Evaluate time extension requests and Time Impact Analyses; address entitlement.
