Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks Senior Schedulers to support large, complex heavy civil programs, including highways, bridges, transit, and airports. You will review schedules, test plans and recovery stories, and quantify delay value in time and cost. Forensic depth and risk analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• “10+ years of scheduling experience on large heavy‑civil projects.”
• Experience with full CPM baseline schedule development and resource loading.
• Experience evaluating Time Extension Analyses and entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule.
• Review baselines and monthly updates for logic, durations, and loading.
• Verify progress against field records and challenge unsupported gains.
• Run critical path, longest path, and what‑if analyses.
• Evaluate time extension requests and Time Impact Analyses.
• Perform forensic schedule analyses and document findings.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Integrate third‑party interfaces and long‑lead procurement.
• Generate narrative reports, look‑aheads, and KPI dashboards.
• Mentor junior schedulers to raise planning maturity.
