This role emphasizes forensic delay analysis, risk assessments, and governance to keep projects on the critical path while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling large, heavy-civil infra projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development and variance analysis.
• Experience evaluating Time Extension requests and Time Impact Analyses.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baselines and monthly updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, and loading.
• Run critical path, what-if analyses, and assess recovery plans and acceleration proposals.
• Evaluate time extension requests and Time Impact Analyses; document entitlement decisions.
• Generate narratives, look-aheads, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
