Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting through you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, and you develop every QC person on the program.

Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on certifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• Ability to build and manage a QC organization on large programs.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
