Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major, multi-year program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the development of every QC person on the project.

The role leads Quality Managers I and II, hosts audits, owns the corrective-action program, and approves QC plans and subcontractor qualifications. You report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and guide the project team through

Qualifications

10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
Certified: USACE CQM-C plus ICC Special Inspector(s), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks; proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
