Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Sentinel Program at the Roy, UT facility. This role focuses on managing costs and schedules across contracts within the SDS Division of the Defense System Sector.

The position requires a degree with related experience or substantial alternative credentials, proficiency in MS Office, ERP/BI tools, and the ability to obtain DoD clearance. A 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years for Level 3, or 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables and V-look ups).
• Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret) and Special Program Access as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules.
• Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters.
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Incorporating contracts changes into control systems.
• Estimate and completion and forecast related activities.
• Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience
