Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, seeks a Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst to join the Sentinel program. This role focuses on CM/DM for complex defense systems and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

You will plan baselines, manage data, produce status reports for internal and customer meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders. US citizenship and DoD Secret clearance are required; occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance
• 8 years with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 with a Master's, 4 with a PhD); 4 extra years in CM/DM
• Experience with Microsoft tool suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
• 2+ years in configuration or data management processes
• Experience with cross-functional integration teams and cost/schedule alignment

Responsibilities

• Plan agendas, conduct meetings, and track configuration status
• Develop Data Management products with CDRL/SDRL processes
• Propose solutions to complex problems with minimal guidance
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and customer meetings
• Monitor project progress and develop risk management plans
• Lead CM/DM activities on the Sentinel program
