Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a program planning and control professional to lead EVMS compliance, cost control, and scheduling integration on aerospace development programs. This role collaborates with program managers, CAMs, and functional leads to ensure baselines and controls support program objectives.

You will manage PMB development, IMS alignment, and cost reporting, providing accurate analysis for IPMDAR/CPR reviews and internal program performance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelore29s degree in a related field and 10+ years in program planning, scheduling, cost control or EVMS.
• Experience with EVMS guidelines and DFARS requirements.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead PP&C function development and PMB management.
• Own EVMS execution, cost management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Generate cost/schedule performance dashboards for IPMDAR/CPR reviews.
• Coordinate IMS development and alignment between scheduling and planning.
