Job summary

Voyager Space Inc. in the United States is seeking a Program Controls Analyst Lead to join the Program Planning & Controls team. You will ensure cost-schedule integration and disciplined execution across a portfolio serving DoD, NASA, and commercial customers.

You will drive the transition to ForProject and Empower, collaborate with corporate finance, and develop PMBs, IBRs, and EVMS reporting. Travel may be required to other sites.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with cost control, performance measurement, and EV analysis in aerospace/defense programs.
• Familiarity with budgeting/forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency in Excel and cost reporting tools; MS Project knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned to program schedules and contract types.
• Support PMB development and IBRs, tailoring processes to contract type and customer needs.
• Prepare and analyze program performance metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, EAC) and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Program Controls Scheduler to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with finance to align program reporting with business objectives and planning cycles.
• Ensure program tools and processes meet financial reporting and forecasting needs.
• Work with PMs, CAMs, engineering, contracts, and procurement on ETC estimates to complete.
• Monitor and report performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Contribute to proposal pricing, BOE development, and transition from pursuit to execution.
