Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring for a Program Controls role focused on planning and cost analytics to support government and commercial contracts. You will develop and maintain robust program plans, align cost and schedule, and drive timely updates and forecasts.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and improving PMO processes, with opportunities to mentor cost analysts and influence program outcomes. A strong background in EVMS and earned value practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program planning and program finance/business analytics experience for government or commercial contracts
• Working knowledge of EVMS and experience in non-earned value environments
• Proficiency with baseline establishment activities with cost/schedule integration for large data sets
• Control account management including budget baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, monthly progress reporting and EACs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans integrated with schedules in Primavera P6
• Coordinate status updates and drive execution to plans
• Perform cost analysis and support accurate EACs and forecasts
• Mentor other program cost analysts to raise standards and drive PMO improvements
