Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Controls Analyst Lead to drive cost-schedule integration, performance management, and disciplined execution across a dynamic portfolio serving DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. You will collaborate with finance, contracts, procurement, and program teams to ensure accurate EVMS reporting and PMB development.

Qualifications

5+ years in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Experience with cost control, performance measurement, and EVM in aerospace/defense programs.
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting in a programmatic context.
Proficiency in Excel and cost reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
Support PMB development and IBRs as required.
Prepare program performance metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, EAC).
Collaborate on cost-schedule integration with the scheduler and EVMS reporting.
Interface with finance to align reporting and forecasting with business objectives.
Mentor junior analysts and drive tool integration across cost, schedule, and finance systems.
