Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. This role emphasizes skill with MS Project and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective program execution. Remote work is available.

The position involves developing baselines, performing advanced analysis (EAC, Management Reserve, risk), and delivering timely program reviews to leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Mentor and train program teams in planning and scheduling best practices.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Maintain and present program reviews to senior leadership.
