Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

This role is eligible for full-time remote work and will analyze program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines. The candidate will develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks; and ensure funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience OR equivalent work experience.
• Effectively uses problem solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions.
• Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others.
• Ability to perform as an integral part of a team.
• Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines.
• Develops budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assesses and mitigates cost and schedule risks; ensures accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.
