Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to oversee program cost/schedule baselines, performance analysis, and EAC with SME-level guidance across IPTs nationwide. Remote work is eligible.

The role requires 8+ years in related settings, strong MS Project/EVMS skills, and DoD/EVM experience, plus the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver executive-ready reviews.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, Integrating Scheduling Data with Manpower, EVMS, and Proposal Support Systems
• IMP/IMS Development and Maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
• Critical Path Analysis and Slack Management
• Variance Analysis
• EVMS Concepts including Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Ability to Function at a Positive & High Level in a Team Environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze program performance.
• Serve as SME in guidance and mentoring of program teams in program management tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedules data into program data.
• Advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present accurate program review documents to senior leadership.
• Reconcile program data with latest contract modifications.
• Lead the development of the detailed IMP and IMS to meet all contract and program objectives.
