Saab AB is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive program cost and schedule baselines, performance analysis, and EAC management. The role emphasizes expert use of MS Project, Deltek Cobra, and EVMS practices, with multiple global locations and remote work eligibility.

You will mentor teams, integrate data from subcontractors, and deliver senior leadership program reviews while advancing process improvements across the PM function.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of program cost/schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in tools and processes for program performance management.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Perform advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Authenticate data against contract modifications and update as needed.
• Define requirements to solve business problems and drive proactive decisions.
• Coordinate with IPT leads and PMs across locations and ensure EVMS compliance.
• Create and manage IMP/IMS for proposals; ensure health checks and critical path analysis.
