Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technical projects within the Sub-Same Day delivery program in North America. You will scope, plan, coordinate execution and report status to senior management.

You will partner with Directors and tech leaders to align priorities, drive improvements, and ensure on-time delivery of a product roadmap. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop end-to-end program strategy and operations for SSD across North America.
• Partner with Directors and technical leaders to align on strategic priorities and deliver programs.
• Serve as the liaison between Tech, Product, Operations, and Programs to drive consensus.
• Define, implement, and improve scalable processes for global teams.
• Work with engineering to ensure on-time delivery of roadmap features.
• Analyze barriers, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Identify, escape, and resolve critical issues impacting program success.
• Develop KPIs and analytics to inform adjustments and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and drive adoption of delivered solutions.
