Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery; communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects to improve under-the-roof processes and reduce costs.
• Plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex initiatives to hit cost and quality goals.
• Analyze data across fulfillment and delivery to establish global standards.
• Identify root causes and drive opportunities to optimize operations.
• Develop best practices and use analytics to guide future state of the business.
