Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new customer-facing delivery offerings within the Sub-Same Day SSD network. You own the end-to-end program lifecycle—from pilot design through network-wide scale—for initiatives that bring faster, more precise delivery to customers and align with senior leadership goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings, including site sequencing and scale inputs.
Lead the economic sustainability workstream—model cost scenarios and inform go/no-go decisions.
Drive cross-functional cadence across operations, science, and tech to ensure readiness and timely launches.
Synthesize performance, insights, and projections for leadership reviews and investment trade-offs.
Coordinate customer insights analyses to inform CX trade-offs at scale.
Develop operating model adjustments and cost levers based on data maturity and thresholds.
Identify blockers to scale and drive resolutions for stable expansion.
Create learnings transfer mechanisms from pilots to expansion sites.
