Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional technology projects within the Sub-Same Day delivery program in North America. The role requires scoping, planning, coordinating execution, and reporting to senior management on status, risks and changes.

Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management are essential. The position emphasizes ownership of end-to-end processes, scalable solutions, and cross-team collaboration with Directors and Senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on root causes and opportunities
• Coordinating with stakeholders worldwide to identify, optimize, track and report performance
• Developing data inputs and KPIs to inform operational adjustments
• Define and create processes that scale to growing business demands
• Partnering with Directors, Senior Managers, and other leaders across the org
