Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategy and execution for new customer-facing delivery options within the Sub-Same Day SSD network. You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle from pilot design to network-wide scaling, shaping expansion pace, economics, and cross-functional coordination across operations, science, tech, finance, and CX teams.

This VP-level role influences how Amazon evolves its fastest delivery experiences and requires close collaboration with leadership to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings for the SSD network.
Lead the economic sustainability workstream with finance to model cost scenarios and investments.
Drive cross-functional cadence across operations, science, tech, and CX teams for readiness and launch timelines.
Synthesize performance, insights, and projections for leadership reviews and expansion decisions.
Define and manage the customer insights integration plan informing CX trade-offs at scale.
Develop decision frameworks for monetization, operating model changes, and cost levers.
Identify blockers to scale and coordinate resolution across sites and timelines.
Ensure learnings transfer from pilots to expansion sites to accelerate maturity.
