You will own end-to-end programs from pilots to scale, shaping expansion pace and investment decisions with cross-functional partners.

You will drive the economic sustainability framework, collaborate with finance on cost scenarios, and ensure readiness across operations, science, and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings and scale decisions.
• Lead the economic sustainability workstream with finance to model cost scenarios and investments.
• Drive cross-functional cadence across operations, science, and tech teams to ensure capability readiness for launches.
• Synthesize operational performance, customer insights, and financial projections for leadership reviews.
• Define and manage the customer insights integration plan with lift analyses and behavioral studies.
• Develop the decision framework for operating model changes and cost levers by data maturity.
• Identify and resolve blockers to scale, including variability, model deployment timelines, and capacity constraints.
