Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Sub Same Day (SSD) Delivery Ops Tech to own end-to-end program strategy and operations across North America. You will collaborate with Directors, senior leaders, and technical teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery, while driving improvements in customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, defining scalable processes, and reporting performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy and operations for SSD, driving improvements in customer experience and business outcomes
• Partner with Directors, Senior Managers, and technical leaders to align on priorities and ensure delivery
• Serve as liaison between Tech, Product, Operations, and Program teams
• Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes across global teams
• Work with engineering to ensure on-time delivery of features in the product roadmap
• Analyze operational barriers to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions
• Identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues with mitigation plans
• Develop and leverage KPIs and data to inform adjustments and report performance
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive stakeholder adoption
