Job summary

Amazon is expanding its Sub-Same Day delivery initiatives in North America. This Senior Program Manager will own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects within the SSD program, scoping large initiatives, driving execution, and communicating risks and changes to senior leadership.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and the ability to design scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
