Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives. You will drive governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating with business services teams and legal professionals.

The role offers remote or any firm location, with opportunities to shape processes, technology adoption, and operating models across the firm and client-facing implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• PMP, Prosci, Scrum or related certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and establish project governance with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Drive risk management, issue escalation, and action planning across projects.
• Provide executive-ready reporting, status updates, and value realization.
• Coordinate change readiness, adoption planning, and cross-functional alignment.
