Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support firm objectives. You will drive governance, risk management, program planning, and executive reporting to ensure on-time delivery across internal and client-facing implementations.

The role requires 5+ years managing enterprise initiatives, collaboration with leaders, and strong change management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
Experience with enterprise-wide initiatives and executive-level reporting.
Project management certification (PMP, Prosci, Scrum) preferred but not required.
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives and establish project governance across functions.
Enable cross-functional execution and provide leadership visibility into progress.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and interdependencies.
Drive executive-ready reporting and risk summaries.
Coach teams on governance, accountability, and delivery discipline.
