Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Services program management, coordination or supervision.
• Minimum 4 years of direct staff management experience with homeless or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program budgets and expenditures to meet grant requirements.
• Provide training, coaching, and supervision of staff for program delivery.
• Coordinate with funders and partners to ensure accountability and compliance with grant objectives.
• Oversee multiple teams across various work sites and monitor service quality.
• Ensure program documentation, case management, and reporting are completed accurately.
