Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 5 years in Social Services program management.
• Minimum 4 years of direct staff management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program policies, procedures, plans and communications.
• Train, coach, and supervise program staff and services.
• Manage multiple teams across different sites.
• Monitor budget and grant requirements, report progress to funders.
• Collaborate with VOALA programs and community partners.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and proposals.
