Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Social Services Program Management, Coordination or Supervision.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct staff management experience with homeless or vulnerable populations.
• 1 year of experience supervising Case Managers.
• Master of Social Work or related discipline preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop program policies, procedure plans, and communications documents.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources for grants.
• Coordinate services with community partners and VOALA programs.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise program staff; ensure documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and funder requirements.
