The role focuses on building trusted partnerships, scaling agile teams, and ensuring compliant, high-quality outcomes for government programs. You will manage complex projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide navigation of contract milestones, finances, and staffing while maintaining a commitment to Nava’s public benefit mission and remote-first

Qualifications

• Oversee delivery outcomes and client relationships on large projects.
• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Familiarity with state government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
