Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts. You will oversee agile delivery, staffing, and contract management while coordinating with partners and stakeholders on complex programs.

Responsibilities include risk management, milestone tracking, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements, with travel to client sites as needed and a focus on building trusted, sustainable programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or train.
• Experience with state government agencies, contracting compliance, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale agile teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong track record of milestones, dependencies, and integrations with risk at scale.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and CI/CD.
• Highly organized with focus on sustainable, culture-conscious delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and collaborate with delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Grow program scope with surge CLINs, options, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate across projects to solve problems and deliver.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale delivery through PMs and other leaders.
• Manage contracts and finances within portfolio in coordination with Finance.
