Onbe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. The role demands strategic execution, strong business acumen, and agile delivery across teams, including vendors.

With 7+ years in project management and expertise in Agile/PDLC, you will influence outcomes, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation. This remote-friendly position offers a competitive base salary and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required; advanced degree or certifications strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience with 5+ years leading large initiatives.
• Experience in payments and disbursements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute project plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion.
• Identify risks and implement innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including third-party vendors.
• Establish and execute communication plans to influence strategy and engagement.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts to mitigate risk.
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching teams and integrating feedback.
• Lead organizational change efforts and align stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana) to improve outcomes.
• Monitor and report progress, milestones, and performance metrics.
