• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs and oversee multiple interconnected projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• This fully remote role requires a strategic leader who can translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and PMO best practices that drive portfolio performance.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and resources, and escalate critical issues to protect delivery momentum and business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations for critical initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in project/program management, with a track record of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; PMP or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Competitive salary range of $131,750–$155,000 USD, with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
