Onbe’s Program Management Office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. This role drives execution, applies Agile and PDLC methodologies, and manages resources, schedules, and financials with minimal oversight.

Strong communication, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence are essential to mitigate risks and influence outcomes across teams. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and organizational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree or certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience; large-scope initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute project plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion.
• Identify risks and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders, including vendors.
• Establish and execute communication plans to influence strategy.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement and team development.
• Lead organizational change efforts within the role.
• Apply Agile knowledge and tools (e.g., Asana) to improve outcomes.
• Monitor and report progress, milestones, and performance metrics.
