Job summary

Onbe, a leading FinTech payments partner, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to steer large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. You will drive execution aligned with enterprise goals, applying Agile and PDLC methodologies while managing resources, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires strong business acumen, outstanding communication, and proactive risk mitigation. You will lead enterprise Agile projects, collaborate with vendors, and influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including large-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide Agile projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute project plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead enterprise Agile projects from concept to completion with measurable impact.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration including third-party vendors.
• Establish communication plans to influence strategy and engage stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and coaching.
• Lead organizational change and mentor teams in PM tools and processes.
• Apply Agile knowledge and tools (e.g., Asana) to improve outcomes.
• Monitor progress and report milestones to leadership.
