Job summary

Onbe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing FinTech environment in Plano, TX. You will independently drive execution, manage resources and financials, and apply Agile and PDLC methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

You will influence stakeholders, mitigate risks, and coach teams while collaborating with third-party vendors and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years on large-scale initiatives.
• Experience in payments and disbursements is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple priorities and change.
• Excellent communication, influence, and adaptability across levels.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute project plans aligned with departmental goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to delivery with measurable impact.
• Identify risks and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including third-party vendors.
• Establish and execute communication plans to influence strategy and engagement.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts to mitigate risk.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach teams in project execution.
• Lead organizational change efforts and align stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana) to boost efficiency.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and KPIs across the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to foster strategic relationships and trust.
