Job summary

You will map workflows, build visibility, track dependencies, and drive accountability across departments. The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder interviews, and collaboration with Ops, Finance, Compliance and Client Success to ensure on-time deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Operations or Program Management
• Experience with US-based companies (≥2 years)
• Healthcare, pharma services, or regulated industries
• Experience mapping and documenting complex workflows
• Strong dependency tracking and PM skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to interview senior stakeholders and document insights
• Strong relationship-building and cross-team collaboration
• US business hours with EST overlap preferred

Responsibilities

• Map and document current workflows across Ops, Finance, Compliance, and Client Success.
• Build a cross-functional initiative tracker with ownership and stage tracking.
• Create dashboards and scorecards for real-time operational health.
• Maintain escalation paths and status cadences.
• Facilitate cross-functional syncs and document decisions and owners.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive incremental process improvements.
• Translate operational pain points into requirements for Product/Engineering.
