Engine is hiring a Program Manager, Operational Excellence in the United States. You will lead OpEx initiatives across client operations, driving efficiency and quality while mentoring teams and shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of OpEx experience, strong data skills (SQL, Looker, Excel), and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects with stakeholder buy-in. Hybrid/remote in the U.S. with equity and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Operational Excellence or a similar role.
• Strong data management skills with SQL, Looker and Excel.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects and delivering measurable improvements.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
