Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager to oversee outreach treatment teams, provide direct clinical supervision, and ensure quality of services while maintaining a positive office culture.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered, harm-reduction approaches for clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders; supervision, budgeting, documentation and collaboration with external partners are key.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois.
• Minimum two years’ experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with daily access to a well-maintained vehicle and $100k/$300k liability.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with assigned teams to regularly assess the appropriate level of care and engagement of clients; implement transition/discharge plans.
• Monitor capacity and adjust team caseload; update transfer list weekly.
• Adjust employee schedules and allocate resources to meet direct service requirements and maintain program budget.
• Provide supervision and coaching to all assigned employees; train new staff.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend modifications to improve performance.
• Maintain documentation to ensure Medicaid/CARF compliance; deadlines and reviews.
• Collaborate with other programs and external partners; participate in meetings and committees.
• Maintain onsite safety procedures and oversee site operations with the Office Coordinator.
• Ensure timely responses to authorization issues from managed care organizations.
• Provide direct service to clients and act as Senior Clinician during crises.
• Participate in meetings and other duties.
