Job summary

Trilogy in Chicago, IL is seeking a Team Leader to serve as the senior clinician on the Community Support Team (CST). You will supervise staff, oversee service coordination, and drive program quality for clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use.

You’ll hire and train clinicians, provide coaching, and collaborate with managers and external partners to improve care. This role requires a car, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a competitive salary of $68K–$72K.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with daily access to a well-maintained vehicle and $100,000/$300,000 liability insurance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CST team to provide high-quality client services.
• Assess team morale and maintain a positive culture.
• Model trauma-informed care and harm-reduction approaches in practice.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary staff and external partners.
• Monitor client charts and ensure timely documentation (IM-CANs, notes, etc).
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
