This House Manager position oversees clients living in our residential program and delivers direct clinical services to support independent living and crisis management. The role requires trauma-informed practice, coordination with medical staff, and documentation in the health record.

Qualifications

• Must have strong case management and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience delivering trauma‑informed services to individuals in residential settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients regarding case management needs and provide individual/group services or crisis intervention as needed.
• Deliver recovery-focused clinical services to residential clients to support independent living.
• Collaborate with team members, prescribers, and outreach treatment teams to provide high-quality interventions.
• Partner with transition teams to review and admit clients into the Residential program and oversee safe community transitions.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid and CARF standards; keep notes and medication logs.
• Document all services in the electronic health record during shifts.
• Plan and facilitate activities and outings for clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
