Trilogy, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee outreach treatment teams, provide direct clinical supervision, and promote a positive office culture at 1607 W Howard St, Chicago, IL 60626.

You will ensure program quality and manage documentation while maintaining community relationships. The role focuses on delivering client-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in a harm-reduction framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois.
• Minimum two years’ experience with mental health and/or substance abuse.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with daily access to a vehicle and insurance.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical supervision and ensure team meetings run effectively.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of program services and documentation.
• Develop tracking systems for required documentation.
• Serve as site lead to promote safe culture and community relationships.
• Provide client-centered, trauma-informed services using a harm-reduction approach.
