Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the welfare of clients and staff across outreach treatment teams in Chicago. The role requires direct clinical supervision, ensuring effective team meetings, and maintaining documentation and program operations.

You will lead a site culture focused on safety and community relations, delivering client-centered, trauma-informed services in a harm-reduction framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois.
• Minimum two years’ experience with mental health or substance use populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee welfare of clients and employees of outreach treatment teams.
• Provide direct clinical supervision and ensure effective team meetings.
• Develop and implement tracking for required documentation and program operations.
• Serve as site lead to promote a positive office culture and safety procedures.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
