Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the company’s largest client partnerships with hands-on oversight across multiple locations. You will manage day-to-day client needs, align strategies through quarterly reviews, and drive growth through data insights while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

This role requires onsite presence in Burlington, TX Monday–Friday and entails leading onsite teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management or operations.
• Proactive relationship builder with strategic value beyond asks.
• Data-driven with ability to pull insights from KPIs and dashboards.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-location management.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading staff.
• Strong communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs with proactive communication.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders to align and plan.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; present recommendations.
• Identify, support, and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.
• Manage onboarding and supervision of onsite support staff as needed.
• Develop scalable processes and achieve operational success.
• Monitor account-level financial health including receivables/payables and resolve issues.
