Fooda in Burlington, TX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for its largest client portfolio. This onsite role drives client satisfaction, coordinates with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations, and ensures operational excellence across locations.

You will hire and develop onsite staff, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities with a data-driven approach in a fast-paced hospitality-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support.
• Proactive relationship builder who anticipates client needs and delivers value.
• Data-driven with ability to extract insights from usage reports and dashboards.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple locations, priorities and timelines.
• Experience hiring, training, and managing onsite staff.
• Strong communicator coordinating stakeholders and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs with proactive communication.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present strategic recommendations.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.
• Manage onsite support staff recruitment, training, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop scalable processes to achieve operational success.
• Monitor account-level financial health, receivables, and payables.
