Job summary

Fooda in Burlington, TX is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the on-site experience for client locations, ensuring hospitality-driven service and smooth daily operations. You will be the primary on-site contact for clients, consumers, and vendors, building trust with consistent communication and quick issue resolution.

You will partner with restaurant teams, manage menus and POS updates, and maintain daily flow to uphold Fooda's standards.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working 100% onsite and independently.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client, employees, and partners.
Provide onsite guidance to staff to stay aligned for service.
Partner with restaurant teams to set up and address issues as they arise.
Monitor customer experience, escalate to the Sr Strategic Account Manager when needed.
Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and presentation.
